My name is Alan Sharfman

I am the CEO at FinOptim, a leading firm specialising in Virtual CFO, Financial Management, and Strategic Services tailored to fast-growing companies across diverse sectors. With over 25 years of national and international executive experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge in finance, operations, and business strategy. I am a proud member of CPA Australia, a Xero Certified Advisor, and an Advanced Financial Modeller.

My mission extends beyond numbers; it's about partnering with ambitious businesses to optimise their financial function, instill best practices, and craft solutions that deliver tangible results.

 

I work with start-ups, fast- growing SME`s, ASX listed entities, APAC public companies and listings on the NYSE.  My core focus is on financial strategy, scenario analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, investor relations, trade sales, financial modelling, valuations ,mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising.
